Free shipping on every order π
Every Bombonova order ships free β no minimum, no codes needed.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 10β20 business days after they ship. Delivery times can occasionally run longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. Orders to addresses outside the United States may take longer.
Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one item (like the Clean Car Kit), your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. That's normal β you won't be charged extra.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2β5 days to show updates after you receive it.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We aren't able to redirect packages once they're in transit.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, reach out and we'll help β including a replacement or refund if the package is lost.
