30-day returns 🐶

We want you and your dog to love your Bombonova gear. If you don't, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by pets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to pay for return shipping.

How to start a return

1. Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — packages sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
3. Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
